Professional Martial Arts (PMA) is commited to the art of self-defense and self-improvement. The instructors at PMA have been teaching children and adults for many years. Our ranking system is in Okinawan karate, but we have also trained in and teach many other arts as well. We offer Fitness Kickboxing classes, Meditation classes, as well as Massage treatments.
